Two staffers in the College of Agriculture, Food and Natural Sciences recently earned the designation of certified research administrator from the Research Administrators Certification Council.
The staffers are Liz Bent, a grants and contracts specialist in business services, and Debbie Lingle, grants and contracts specialist in plant sciences.
“This certification is a great benefit to the college,” said Evelyn Lindell, administrative manager of business services. “Liz and Debbie provide a high level of expertise to all CAFNR faculty and sponsored programs professionals.”
Bent and Lingle’s certification means Mizzou now has five certified research administrators, Lindell said.
