Production
Advertisements containing video, animation or audio are currently not available.
Web advertisements must be submitted ready to publish, including any linked URL, at least two weeks prior to scheduled publish date. We require a jpeg file, in RGB (not cmyk) that is built to the specific size of advertisement under contract. Email files to mizzouweekly@missouri.edu.
Policies
Prohibited advertisements include those promoting tobacco products, abortion services, pornography and adult entertainment such as strip clubs. Employment ads for these businesses are also prohibited.
All advertising is subject to the approval of the Publisher. Advertisers and advertising agencies assume full responsibility and liability for all contents of advertising and also assume liability for any claims arising therefrom. In the event of an error by Mizzou Weekly, the maximum liability is limited to the ad charges.
Mizzou Weekly website advertisers must have an existing online presence. When linked to MizzouWeekly.missouri.edu, it is the advertisers' responsibility to assure that their Web sites are in good working order and contain no viruses that could possibly be passed on. If problems arise, the advertisement will be removed until a remedy is in place.
