The MU School of Law chapters of The American Constitution Society and The Federalist Society will host a Constitutional Commentary webcast at 2 p.m. Sept. 16 in the Hulston Hall courtroom.
The participants — Brandon Garrett, professor of law at the University of Virginia; Jim Petro and Nancy Petro, co-authors of False Justice: Eight Myths That Convict the Innocent; and Jeffrey Rosen, professor of law at George Washington University — will discuss the flaws in the criminal justice system that continue to result in wrongful convictions.
