Students in the MU Agricultural Systems Management Club are offering homeowners two chances to have their lawn mowers cleaned and tuned up. Service includes steam cleaning, new spark plugs, sharpening and balancing the blade, cleaning or replacing the air filter, and an oil change.
The times are:
- March 10-11. Drop-off hours are 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. at the courtyard of the Agricultural Engineering Building, East Campus Drive. Pickup times are March 14-15, 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m.
- April 7-8. Drop-off hours are 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. Pickup times are April 11-12, 7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m.
The cost is $35. An additional $30 per hour will be charged for any additional shop labor. All machines must be in working order. No riding mowers or weed eaters.
