Staff members interested in developing leadership skills have until July 29 to apply for the Chancellor’s Emerging Leaders Program (CELP).
The program consists of six sessions over the course of several months, including a three-day workshop based on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and an assessment through the Leadership Enhancement and Development System (LEADS).
Participants will learn the tools needed to lead in a diverse workplace, examine case studies involving ethical leadership dilemmas and receive instruction in dispute resolution, communications and mediations.
