The Arts and Science Staff Network recently announced its winners for the Arts and Science Staff Appreciation Awards, which recognize exceptional performance and attitude.
The award winner this year was Sheila Akers, administrative assistant I in the Department of Economics. The award includes an inscribed plaque, a check for $250, and season passes to MU’s Summer Repertory Theatre.
The Arts and Science Staff Network also recognized two finalists: Jennifer Arnold, administrative associate in German and Russian Studies, and Dianne Roberts, administrative associate II in the Department of Geography.
