The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) offers training in mindfulness meditation, yoga and body scan as a way to manage stress.
Orientation is 5:30 p.m. Sept. 24. Classes are 7:30 p.m. each Wednesday from Oct. 1 to Nov. 19. A retreat will happen 9 a.m.–4 p.m. on
Nov. 8.
Cost for each enrollee is $40, which includes a manual, DVD and CD. A $20 rebate is available for those attending seven of the eight classes. Register at regonline.com/mbsrfall2014.
