The Mizzou Dance Marathon’s inaugural 5k race will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at Research Park Drive in Columbia.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Children’s Hospital, including the $20 registration cost.
Racers dance their way to the finish line to music spun by a DJ. A dance party happens at the halfway point.
